Role Description The Recruitment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for managing end-to-end hiring for Aspen Hospitality. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes for various roles across resorts and corporate functions. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, posting job openings, maintaining talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Recruitment Specialist will also support onboarding activities, contribute to recruitment-related training, maintain accurate recruitment records, and help improve hiring practices to align with the company’s service standards and growth plans.
Qualifications
- Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years in the similar role.
- Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills to manage full-cycle talent acquisition.
- Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and Communication skills to assess fit and represent the brand professionally.
- Candidates should possess Training and Communication skills to support onboarding and recruitment-related learning initiatives.
- Experience in hospitality or service-focused industries, with familiarity in hiring for operations, front office, food and beverage, and support roles.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, handle multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and common recruitment platforms, along with basic MS Office skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, ethical judgment, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices.
