Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Recruitment Specialist position based in Coimbatore. The Recruitment Specialist will oversee full-cycle recruiting, from talent sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and training new hires. Responsibilities include creating and posting job descriptions, collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. The role also includes actively engaging in training programs to propel candidate success and support overall organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Understand technical hiring needs and collaborate with hiring managers to close critical positions
• Source quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks
• Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews to assess skills and role fit
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including interview coordination and feedback tracking
• Handle offer negotiations and ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Support and guide junior recruiters/interns while meeting hiring timelines
