Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist will oversee end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, conducting candidate screenings, organizing interviews, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. The Recruitment Specialist will also be responsible for conducting training sessions as part of the onboarding process and assisting in continuous improvement of recruitment policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting processes
- Strong Interviewing and Communication skills
- Experience in Training and onboarding new employees
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site work environment
- Previous experience in staffing or human resources is an advantage
