Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist, located in Pune. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting potential candidates. They will coordinate and conduct interviews, ensure an efficient hiring process, and collaborate with various departments to identify hiring needs. Additionally, the Recruitment Specialist will assist in onboarding and training new hires while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Hiring and Recruiting processes
- Proficiency in Interviewing techniques and applicant evaluation
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in Training and onboarding employees
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Prior experience in a related field is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
