Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role located in Pune District. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and hiring qualified candidates for various roles. Key responsibilities include conducting interviews, collaborating with team leads to understand hiring needs, and actively contributing to onboarding and training processes. Additionally, this role involves engaging with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience and promoting the company culture to attract top talent.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting practices
- Experience in conducting Interviews and assessing candidates
- Effective Communication skills to engage with candidates and internal teams
- Ability to contribute to Training and onboarding programs
- Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and software is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
