Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist will manage the hiring lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, handling the interview process, and coordinating recruitment strategies. Additional responsibilities include developing and executing training initiatives, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. This role requires collaboration with internal teams to fulfill organizational talent needs.
Qualifications
- Experience with Hiring, Recruiting, and coordinating end-to-end talent acquisition processes
- Strong Interviewing skills with an ability to assess candidates’ qualifications and compatibility
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with candidates, internal teams, and stakeholders
- Experience in Training design and delivery to support employee onboarding and development
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
