We’re looking for a driven Recruitment Specialist with strong expertise in sales hiring and experience in fintech / stock broking.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles.
- Drive bulk hiring & ensure quick closures.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve hiring targets.
Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
- Proven experience in sales hiring (mandatory).
- Experience in fintech / stock broking is a plus.
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel for hiring drives and campus initiatives.
