Role Description
The Recruitment Specialist Intern will assist in attracting, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities involve supporting the recruitment process, scheduling interviews, assisting in training and onboarding, and maintaining records for candidates. Collaboration with the HR team and candidates will be essential to provide an exceptional recruitment experience. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Delhi, allowing a mix of office and remote work.
Qualifications
- Experience or interest in Hiring and Recruiting to source and evaluate potential candidates.
- Strong Interviewing and Communication skills to assess candidates effectively and build professional relationships.
- Training experience or willingness to learn how to assist in onboarding processes for new hires.
- Proficiency in using recruitment portals, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other HR tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or pursuing).
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A genuine interest in talent acquisition and developing a career in human resources.
