Talent Acquisition Executive
Hiring for a fast‑growing electrical manufacturing organization operating in the consumer and industrial electricals space, with a strong presence across India. The company specializes in products such as LED lighting, fans, wires & cables, and switchgears, and follows structured, compliance‑driven hiring practices to support its expanding business operations.

Role:-
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive with prior exposure to the electrical or manufacturing industry. The role will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end recruitment for corporate, sales, and manufacturing functions, while working closely with business leaders to support growth plans.
Responsibilities:-
- Handle complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollout, and onboarding
- Manage hiring across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, and Corporate roles
- Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs and role requirements
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and internal databases
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Manage niche and bulk hiring simultaneously
- Drive hiring for roles within Electricals / Switchgears / Manufacturing environments
- Screen candidates for both technical competencies and cultural fit
- Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds
- Schedule and coordinate interviews efficiently
- Manage offer discussions, documentation, and joining formalities
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring MIS
- Support recruitment process improvements to reduce TAT and improve quality of hire
- Assist in employer branding and talent engagement initiatives as required
Qualification:-
- 5+ years of recruitment experience in Electrical / Manufacturing companies (mandatory)
- MBA in HR preferred
- Strong exposure to lateral and functional hiring
- Hands‑on experience using Naukri.com, LinkedIn sourcing, and vendor management
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow‑up skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, office‑based environment
