Job Summary:We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in Networking and Telecom Hiring (I-WAN / Microwave / RAN / Field Hiring). The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing niche technical talent, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring timely closure of positions within tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment for networking and telecom roles
- Source and attract niche technical talent using job portals, social media, and referrals
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements
- Handle multiple open positions and ensure quick turnaround time
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Drive offer management, negotiation, and joining conversion
- Ensure adherence to recruitment timelines and targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:- 4–5 years of experience in Telecom / Networking hiring
- Hands-on experience in hiring for I-WAN, Microwave, RAN, and Field roles
- Strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred:- Experience in handling bulk and critical hiring
- Immediate or early joiners
