About the role
The organisation is privately owned by a very driven and experienced life science recruiter. They are looking to hire experienced consultants to help continue growth within the UK, EU and USA Life Science markets.
Remit is 360, permanent (70%) and contract (30%) mandates, average fee of £12,000 and realistic targets. You will develop business in Drug Discovery, Clinical Development, Operations and Commercialisation in the UK, EU and US markets.
USPs are a small and dedicated established business, strong collaborative working culture, pleasant and professional environment, leadership support to help with developing business, dedicated career pathways – hit the targets and you will be promoted.
Working policy is hybrid after the probation period. Monday and Fridays from home. Flexible hours are also offered from 7.30am to 7pm (7.30am to 4pm / 9am to 5.30pm / 10am to 7pm). Uncapped commission up to 40%, realistic targets to achieve.
