Job Summary:
We are looking for a senior leader to drive Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and offshore operations setup in India. This role requires someone who has built and scaled RPO/staffing programs from scratch, managed global clients, and driven business growth, delivery excellence, and operational scalability.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of recruitment operations, program management, client engagement, and sales/account growth experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end setup of offshore delivery operations in India (0 → 1 setup)
- Build and scale RPO programs for global clients (US/UK/Europe)
- Design and implement recruitment processes, workflows, SLAs, and KPIs
- Drive client acquisition, account growth, and revenue generation
- Manage stakeholder relationships at senior/executive level
- Lead large cross-functional recruitment teams (sourcers, recruiters, coordinators)
- Establish governance frameworks, reporting dashboards, and delivery metrics
- Ensure high-quality hiring delivery (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, SLA adherence)
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation (AI in recruitment, ATS tools)
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and operational costs
- Drive team hiring, training, and scaling strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in:
- RPO / Staffing / Recruitment Operations
- Program or Delivery Leadership roles
- Proven experience in:
- Setting up offshore operations / India delivery centers
- Building RPO programs from scratch (greenfield setup)
- Strong background in:
- Client-facing roles and stakeholder management
- Sales / Business Development / Account growth
- Experience managing large teams (50+ members preferred)
- Deep understanding of:
- Recruitment lifecycle (end-to-end hiring)
- SLA/KPI-driven delivery models
- Exposure to:
- ATS tools, CRM systems, and recruitment technologies
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
