As we continue to grow, we're looking for experienced Freelance Recruitment Partners to join us on a commission-based partnership model.
Position Overview
This is not a salaried position — it's a long-term recruitment partnership for experienced recruiters, boutique staffing firms, and independent talent acquisition professionals with their own sourcing channels, job portals, databases, and professional networks.
You'll receive open positions from Infonyx Solutions and independently source qualified candidates using your own recruitment resources. Successful placements earn an agreed-upon commission.
What You'll Do
- Source qualified candidates through your own job portals, ATS, databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and professional networks
- Screen candidates to ensure they meet job requirements
- Submit high-quality resumes within agreed timelines
- Coordinate candidate availability and interview scheduling
- Maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process
- Follow Infonyx Solutions' submission guidelines and quality standards
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and hiring requirements

Compensation
This is a performance-based commission model:
- No fixed salary
- Commission paid on successful candidate placements
