We are hiring a Recruitment Manager – US Healthcare Staffing to lead end-to-end delivery for healthcare clients and manage a team of Sourcers and Recruiters focused on clinical and non-clinical roles.
This role requires deep understanding of US healthcare hiring, strong delivery ownership, and the ability to run a structured, KPI-driven recruiting function. The Recruitment Manager will oversee the full hiring lifecycle while ensuring high-quality candidate pipelines, compliance, and successful placements.
Key Responsibilities
Healthcare Staffing Delivery Ownership
· Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for healthcare roles including intake, sourcing strategy, screening, submissions, interviews, offers, and onboarding
· Manage hiring for roles such as:
o Director of Nursing (DON)
o Registered Nurses (RN)
o Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)
o CRNA / Anesthesiologist
o Allied healthcare roles
· Ensure candidates meet licensure, certification, and compliance requirements (state licenses, board certifications, etc.)
· Build strong pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and healthcare networks
· Drive submission quality with complete documentation and candidate positioning
· Manage interview coordination, feedback loops, and candidate engagement through closure
· Drive offer closure, reduce drop-offs, and ensure joining assurance
Team Leadership & Delivery Management
· Lead and manage a team of 5–10 healthcare sourcers and recruiters
· Own team performance, delivery metrics, and hiring outcomes
· Allocate requisitions and define weekly targets
· Coach team on:
o Healthcare terminology
o Licensing requirements
o Candidate screening frameworks
· Build SOPs and playbooks specific to healthcare hiring
· Handle escalations (candidate drop-offs, credential delays, client issues)
Pipeline Management & Compliance
· Ensure ATS discipline (Crelate preferred) with accurate candidate tracking
· Maintain compliance with healthcare hiring standards:
o Licenses
o Certifications
o Background checks
· Track pipeline through CRM tools (Pipedrive or similar)
· Run weekly delivery reviews and KPI tracking
· Ensure documentation meets client and regulatory requirements
Key Performance Metrics
· Requisition coverage and pipeline health
· Submission quality and volume
· Submission → Interview conversion
· Interview → Offer conversion
· Offer → Join / Start conversion
· Time-to-fill (critical in healthcare)
· Candidate drop-off rate
· Compliance accuracy (licenses, credentials)
· Client satisfaction & SLA adherence
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 10–12 years of experience in US healthcare staffing
· Strong experience hiring for clinical roles (RN, CNA, DON, CRNA, etc.)
· Experience managing recruiting teams
· Deep understanding of:
o Healthcare certifications & licensing
o US healthcare facilities (hospitals, SNFs, clinics)
· Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Boolean, job boards)
· Experience working with ATS/CRM systems
· Ability to operate in a KPI-driven environment
· Comfortable with US timezone and in-office Hyderabad setup
Preferred Background
· Experience with healthcare staffing firms
· Experience working with:
o Hospitals
o Long-term care / SNF
o Rehab centers
· Understanding of:
o Travel nursing / perm placement
o W2 / 1099 / C2C
o VMS/MSP environments
· Strong reporting and analytics mindset
