Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Recruitment Manager - Undergraduate Programs. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting undergraduate student for the institution. Daily tasks include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, participating in school fairs and other recruitment events, managing application processes, and maintaining relationships with potential school counselors, candidates and educational institutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting undergraduate students
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Strong partnerships with counsellors in high school level
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
