Recruitment Manager
Company: Zenshastra Software Services Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 5–8 Years (2+ in Leadership)
The Mission
As our Recruitment Manager, you will be the architect of our growth, identifying and landing the elite 1% of talent in NLP, Computer Vision, and LLM engineering. You will bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and human-centric talent acquisition, skillfully balancing both permanent hiring and agile Contract-to-Hire (C2H) staffing strategies to meet dynamic project demands.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the Charge: Own the full-cycle recruitment strategy for our high-growth tech teams, focusing on scaling our AI/ML divisions across permanent and C2H models.
- Strategic Sourcing: Go beyond LinkedIn. Build a robust pipeline of specialized talent (Data Scientists, NLP Engineers, ML Ops) and reliable C2H deployment partners through community engagement, tech forums, and networking.
- Flexible Talent Architecture: Manage end-to-end C2H fulfillment, including vendor management, compliance, onboarding, and tracking performance metrics to ensure seamless conversion from contract to permanent roles.
- Data-Driven Leadership: Utilize modern ATS platforms to track pipeline health, optimizing metrics like Quality of Hire, Time-to-Fill, and C2H conversion rates.
- Technical Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with Engineering Leads to understand the nuances of Python, PyTorch, JAX, and specialized AI frameworks, ensuring both contract and full-time hires meet our rigorous technical bar.
- Employer Branding: Position Zenshastra as the premier destination for AI talent by refining our value proposition and candidate experience across all hiring models.
What You Bring
- The Experience: 5–8 years in tech recruitment, with at least 2 years leading a team in a high-growth startup or tech-centric environment. Proven experience executing C2H hiring strategies and managing staffing vendors is essential.
- The Literacy: You don't need to code, but you must speak the language. You understand the difference between a Data Engineer and a Research Scientist and can vet candidates for their grasp of linear algebra, probability, and ML frameworks.
- The Pedigree: A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or Business. Professional certifications (SHRM/PHR) are valued, but your track record of scaling startups and managing flexible workforces is your true calling card.
- The Toolkit: Mastery of modern recruitment tech stacks, vendor management systems (VMS), and a deep understanding of the current AI/ML market trends and contract staffing regulations.
