We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Recruitment Manager to manage end-to-end hiring. If you have experience in the real estate sector and love building strong teams, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle complete recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
• Manage bulk & lateral hiring
• Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements
• Source candidates via job portals, social media & references
• Screen, shortlist & schedule interviews
• Maintain recruitment data & reports
• Ensure timely closure of positions
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience with recruitment tools & job portals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Real estate hiring experience is a plus
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
