About the Company
We are seeking a seasoned professional from a Recruitment Consulting background to lead and manage branch-level operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing end-to-end consulting business operations, including client delivery, team management, revenue growth, and full P&L ownership. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive operational excellence, scale business performance, and ensure profitability while maintaining high client satisfaction.

This role involves leading and overseeing complete branch operations of the recruitment consulting business, ensuring smooth execution of recruitment delivery across multiple clients and verticals.
Responsibilities
- Branch Operations Management
- Lead and oversee complete branch operations of the recruitment consulting business.
- Ensure smooth execution of recruitment delivery across multiple clients and verticals.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals.
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, and service quality metrics.
- Client Delivery & Relationship Management
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of mandates across permanent, contract, and/or executive search verticals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Handle escalations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- P&L Ownership
- Take full ownership of branch-level Profit & Loss.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability targets.
- Monitor cost structures, margins, and operational expenses.
- Develop financial forecasts and track performance against budgets.
- Business Development & Growth
- Contribute to business expansion strategies.
- Support acquisition of new clients and development of new business streams.
- Identify new market opportunities and industry segments.
- Develop annual business plans and revenue targets.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and manage recruitment consultants and team leads.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular reviews.
- Drive team productivity, engagement, and retention.
- Build a high-performance culture within the branch.
- Process & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies, legal compliance, and recruitment best practices.
- Standardize operational processes to improve efficiency.
- Implement performance tracking dashboards and reporting systems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the Recruitment Consulting/Staffing Industry.
- Proven experience managing branch-level or business-unit operations.
- Demonstrated experience in handling full P&L responsibility.
- Strong exposure to client delivery management.
- Experience in leading mid-to-large recruitment teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- MBA or equivalent business qualification.
- Experience in multi-vertical recruitment (IT/Non-IT/Engineering/Healthcare, etc.).
- Exposure to scaling operations and driving business transformation initiatives.
