Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Manager located in Indore. The Recruitment Manager will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, develop talent acquisition strategies, and build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities include identifying hiring needs, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining a talent pipeline. The Recruitment Manager will also ensure hiring aligns with the company’s goals and culture while optimizing the candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Experience in Workforce Planning, Employment Branding, and Candidate Relationship Management
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
- Analytical Skills for Measuring Recruitment Metrics and Reporting
- Knowledge of Employment Laws and HR Best Practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in a recruitment management role, ideally in the healthcare industry, is a plus
- Ability to thrive in an on-site, fast-paced, and collaborative environment
