Job Title: HR Recruitment Manager
Location: Ballygunge Place, Kolkata
Employment Type: Full-time (Work from Office)
Reporting To: Chief Operating Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Finding potential candidates through various channels, such as social media, job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Consolidate incoming applications into our HR database from all the channels (Email, WhatsApp, Forms, Website)
- Reviewing resumes and applications to shortlist candidates. Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and suitability to the given role.
- Schedule Interviews as per Hiring Drive Schedule and handle multiple locations (if applicable). Coordinate and consult with Mr. Avelo Roy (Director) and his office before scheduling the interviews of the applicant.
- End-to-End Support in scheduling interviews, follow up to attend interviews, feedback after interview and onboarding (if selected) of an applicant.
- Provide feedback to candidates and update candidate databases.
- Run Job Posts and Campaigns on different platforms based on the vacancy requirements.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events and job fairs.
- Work closely with the operations team to understand upcoming requirements.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and improve future recruiting.
- Scheduling physical reviews, and coordinating end-to-end with the existing employees to visit the review meeting and updating feedback accordingly.
- Achieving 100% monthly hiring targets as per vacancies created.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment
- Prior experience in Bulk Hiring of 50 to 60 people per month
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks patiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office technology
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills. High EQ and understanding of basic human psychology.
Salary: Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 35,000 per month (Plus Provident Fund)
Incentives: Performance linked Incentives up to 50% of Salary paid monthly after probation or review.
Office Timing: 11 am to 8 pm with Rotational Weekly Leave
