I am adding one Recruitment Manager in my team for Domestic IT Recruitment process in Hyderabad Centre.

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Domestic IT Recruitment Manager to lead large-scale, project-based hiring for top-tier IT clients across India. This role requires strong expertise in managing high-volume recruitment delivery, stakeholder engagement, and leading recruitment teams to meet aggressive hiring targets within defined timelines.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Indian IT talent market, proven leadership experience, and the ability to drive recruitment strategies for niche and bulk hiring across technologies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project-Based Hiring & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for major IT hiring projects (bulk and lateral hiring).
- Manage large-scale hiring mandates across multiple technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, DevOps, AI/ML).
- Ensure timely delivery against client SLAs, KPIs, and hiring targets.
- Develop hiring strategies aligned with project timelines and workforce planning.
2. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements, hiring needs, and organizational culture.
- Provide regular updates, dashboards, and hiring insights to clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with top IT clients.
3. Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and team leads.
- Allocate requirements effectively and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and capability building.
- Drive a high-performance, target-driven recruitment culture.
4. Recruitment Strategy & Execution
- Design innovative sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Optimize sourcing channels for cost-effectiveness and quality hiring.
- Implement recruitment best practices and continuous process improvements.
- Ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future projects.
5. Vendor & Channel Management
- Manage external vendors, staffing partners, and recruitment agencies.
- Evaluate vendor performance and ensure quality delivery.
- Negotiate commercial terms and manage recruitment budgets.
6. Data, Reporting & Compliance
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, cost-per-hire, and conversion ratios.
- Generate MIS reports and hiring dashboards for leadership and clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client hiring guidelines.
Key Requirements
Experience
- 8–12+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in handling large-scale/project-based IT hiring.
- Experience working with top IT services companies, product companies, or RPO environments.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of IT skills, technologies, and hiring trends in India.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Expertise in using ATS tools, job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), and sourcing techniques.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Education
- Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science preferred or MBA or any Bachelor’s degree required.
