Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager from the Education Industry who can handle end-to-end recruitment and campus hiring activities. The candidate should be capable of managing bulk hiring, coordinating with colleges, and closing positions within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various positions
Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and networking
Conduct screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination
Manage bulk hiring and lateral hiring requirements
Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
Conduct campus hiring drives and build relationships with colleges and institutes
Organize placement activities, job fairs, and recruitment events
Handle offer roll-out and joining formalities
Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate database
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques
Experience in campus hiring and vendor coordination
Ability to work on targets and deadlines
Strong negotiation and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting
Eligibility
Graduate / Post Graduate
Minimum 2-5 Years Of Recruitment Experience
Experience in Education Industry preferred
Campus hiring experience is mandatory
Preferred Industry
Education / EdTech / Training Institute Background preferred.
