Job Summary
ISBM is looking for an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end hiring process for the organization. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various academic and non-academic roles within the education sector, including campus recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete recruitment cycle for teaching and non-teaching positions
- Handle bulk hiring and target-based recruitment
- Plan and execute campus hiring drives and recruitment events
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and training institutes
- Coordinate with placement cells for campus recruitment activities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, consultancy networks, and campus hiring
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management
- Handle offer roll-out, salary negotiation, and joining formalities
- Maintain recruitment database and candidate records
- Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Ensure timely closure of positions within deadlines
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract quality talent
- Coordinate onboarding and induction process for new employees
- Prepare recruitment reports and MIS data for management
- Maintain employer branding and candidate engagement
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Experience in campus hiring and bulk recruitment
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and hiring tools
- Good understanding of HR practices and recruitment processes
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software
Qualification
- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Management, or relevant field
- MBA in HR preferred
Experience
- 3 to 7 years of recruitment experience
- Experience in Education / EdTech industry preferred
