Job Title- Recruitment Manager
Work Experience- 5-10 Years
Location- Greater Noida, Gurgaon, Delhi
Desired Candidate - Prefer candidates having experience in academic hiring.
Key Responsibilities
1. Academic Recruitment (Faculty Hiring)
- Manage recruitment of Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors, Adjunct Faculty, Visiting Faculty across Schools.
- Ensure faculty recruitment is compliant with UGC/AICTE/Statutory eligibility norms.
- Coordinate with Deans, HODs, Academic Councils, and Selection Committees.
- Prepare faculty recruitment proposals, advertisements, shortlists, interview schedules, and offer notes.
- Maintain faculty recruitment documentation for NAAC, NBA, and audits.
2. Non-Academic & Leadership Hiring
- Lead recruitment for Registrar’s office, Admissions, Finance, Examinations, Placements, IT, Library, Research, Student Affairs, and support functions.
- Manage senior leadership hiring including Deans, Directors, Associate Deans, Heads of Departments.
- Partner with leadership on manpower planning and succession pipelines.
3. Recruitment Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Develop annual and quarterly recruitment plans aligned with academic calendars and student intake projections.
- Forecast manpower requirements based on student-faculty ratio norms, expansion plans, and new program launches.
- Build talent pipelines for niche academic and research roles.
4. Recruitment Operations & Vendor Management
- Manage recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Academic job boards).
- Liaise with search firms, headhunters, and faculty referral networks.
- Oversee recruitment budgets, TATs, cost-per-hire, and hiring metrics.
- Ensure smooth onboarding handover to HR Operations.
5. Employer Branding & Campus Outreach
- Strengthen the University’s employer brand among academic and professional communities.
- Represent the University at academic conferences, faculty hiring drives, job fairs, and campus engagements.
- Support digital hiring campaigns and recruitment microsites.
6. Compliance, Documentation & Audit Readiness
- Maintain recruitment MIS, faculty rosters, and hiring records.
- Support NAAC, UGC, internal and statutory audits with recruitment data.
7. Process Improvement & HR Systems
- Standardize recruitment SOPs, JD frameworks, and interview evaluation formats.
- Support implementation of HRMS / ATS systems.
- Drive continuous improvement in hiring experience and governance.
