Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Manager role located in Ahmedabad. The Recruitment Manager will lead talent acquisition activities, develop recruitment strategies, and oversee the hiring process to attract, shortlist, and onboard top-quality candidates. Responsibilities include managing job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, ensuring compliance with recruitment policies, and collaborating with department heads to fulfill staffing needs. The individual will also focus on enhancing employer branding and fostering strong relationships with recruitment partners and employment agencies.
Qualifications
- Expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and talent pipeline management
- Proficiency in sourcing, interview coordination, and candidate assessment processes
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
- Understanding of labor market trends, employment laws, and recruitment policies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in recruitment within the facilities management, engineering, or similar industries is a plus
