🔹 Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced recruiter who can independently drive end-to-end blue-collar hiring and support large-scale recruitment initiatives.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete blue-collar recruitment lifecycle
- Handle bulk hiring requirements effectively
- Source candidates through job portals, field hiring, and local networks
- Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate evaluations
- Oversee documentation, onboarding, and post-joining engagement
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and reports
- Plan and execute mass hiring drives and walk-in campaigns
🎓 Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/BBA preferred)
- Proven experience in blue-collar or bulk hiring
👤 Candidate Profile
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with local hiring markets will be an advantage
