About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Domestic Recruitment Specialist to join our internal team at V3 Staffing. This role is pivotal in managing end-to-end recruitment processes tailored exclusively for domestic positions. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling bulk hiring, developing innovative recruitment strategies, and managing stakeholder relationships, including hiring managers and the back-end delivery team. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of various IT domains and proven experience in leading recruitment teams. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, developing tailored recruitment strategies, and ensuring the delivery of quality candidates. Additionally, the candidate will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding—while maintaining compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Qualifications
The preferred candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of recruitment experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial or lead capacity, is essential. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong leadership qualities and people management abilities. Familiarity with recruitment tools such as applicant tracking systems and social media platforms is required. Knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment practices is also necessary. A proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and developing successful hiring strategies is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for domestic roles, ensuring timely and quality placements.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including bulk hiring initiatives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and tailor recruitment approaches accordingly.
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to meet recruitment goals.
- Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Maintain accurate records and data in recruitment systems and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Negotiate offers and employment terms with candidates, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and market trends.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and legal regulations related to domestic recruitment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies and processes.
