🚨 We’re Hiring | Recruitment Manager – Field Hiring
📍 Location: Gujarat
💼 Experience: 4–8Years : Salary range - 70k CTC
🏢 Industry: Telecom / Staffing
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and manage a team of field recruiters responsible for frontline and bulk hiring across Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead & manage a team of field recruiters
✅ Drive bulk hiring, walk-in drives & campus recruitment
✅ Handle end-to-end recruitment process
✅ Coordinate with operations teams for manpower planning
✅ Maintain hiring trackers & recruitment reports
Preferred Background:
✔ Experience in Telecom or Staffing
✔ Strong expertise in blue-collar / field hiring
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s Degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
