We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead our domestic hiring function and manage a high-performing recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone who has strong exposure to both product-based and service-based hiring environments.
Role Summary:
You will be responsible for driving end-to-end domestic recruitment, managing team performance, and ensuring efficient delivery across diverse client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets
- Oversee end-to-end domestic hiring for multiple clients
- Handle requirements across both product-based and service-based companies
- Drive process improvements and optimize recruitment strategies
- Perform root cause analysis for hiring challenges and implement solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and quality closures
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in recruitment (domestic hiring mandatory)
- Proven experience in team management and leadership
- Strong exposure to both product & service-based hiring
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Hands-on experience in process improvement and RCA
Education: Graduate (MBA preferred)
