Job SummaryWe are hiring a Recruitment Manager to lead blue-collar and field hiring operations. The role involves managing bulk hiring, leading a team of recruiters, and ensuring the timely closure of frontline workforce requirements.
Key Responsibilities🔹 Blue-Collar / Field Hiring
- Handle bulk hiring for technicians, helpers, field executives, etc.
- Conduct walk-in drives, job fairs, and field hiring campaigns
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to joining)
- Ensure high joining ratio & quick closures
🔹 Sourcing & Networking
- Build strong vendor and local hiring networks
- Partner with institutes, training centers, and placement agencies
- Use on-ground and local sourcing strategies
🔹 Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters
- Set daily/weekly targets and track performance
- Train team on field recruitment techniques
🔹 Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with clients, site/project managers
- Understand and fulfill urgent manpower requirements
🔹 Reporting & Operations
- Maintain hiring trackers and reports
- Ensure documentation & compliance
- Improve processes for better hiring efficiency
Required Skills- Strong experience in blue-collar/bulk hiring
- Expertise in field recruitment & walk-in drives
- Team handling and target management
- Good communication & coordination skills
Preferred Background- Telecom / Infrastructure / Logistics / Staffing industry
- Experience hiring field workforce / frontline roles
Education- Graduate (MBA/HR preferred)
