Role Description
This is an on-site contract opportunity for a Recruitment Lead at Mahindra Aerospace, located in Kolar. The Recruitment Lead will manage full-cycle recruitment processes to attract, assess, and hire top talent for different roles within the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, developing talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. The role will also involve maintaining recruitment metrics, employer branding, and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sourcing strategies, candidate screening, and full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Experience in collaborating with hiring managers and creating effective recruitment strategies.
- Strong understanding of employer branding, recruitment marketing, and workforce planning.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Exposure to aerospace or manufacturing industries is an added advantage.
