We are looking at Recruitmemt Lead wit 6-8years of expereince.
Location - Mumbai (Andheri)
1. Bulk Hiring Management
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for large-scale BPO hiring (agents, TLs, support roles).
- Plan and execute hiring drives to meet monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
- Build a strong pipeline of candidates for voice and non-voice processes.
2. Team Leadership
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters.
- Allocate hiring targets and monitor recruiter productivity.
- Train recruiters on sourcing strategies and screening techniques.
3. Sourcing Strategy
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and vendor partnerships and data Base.
4. Stakeholder Management
- Provide regular hiring updates and dashboards to leadership.
5. Process Optimization
- Improve recruitment turnaround time and candidate experience.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure proper documentation.
7. Reporting & Analytics
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as:
- Time to hire
- Offer to joining ratio
- Recruiter productivity
Skills Required
- Strong experience in BPO / Contact Center bulk hiring
- Team management and leadership skills
- Expertise in high-volume recruitment strategies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Strong data tracking and reporting ability
- Ability to work under aggressive hiring timelines
Preferred Background
- Experience hiring for Voice / Non-Voice BPO processes
- Experience managing large recruitment drives or ramp-ups
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment dashboards
