Role Description

This is a part-time, remote position for a Recruitment Lead – Hiring Strategy. The Recruitment Lead will design and implement effective hiring strategies, identify potential talent pools, and oversee candidate evaluation processes. Responsibilities include developing recruitment initiatives, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and evaluating talent to fulfill organizational goals. The role requires collaboration with leadership to align recruitment efforts with broader organizational objectives.

Qualifications
  • Experience in recruitment strategy, talent acquisition, and hiring processes
  • Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and evaluation
  • Knowledge of interview coordination and onboarding processes
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage recruitment tasks independently in a remote work environment
  • Familiarity with the geotechnical engineering field is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
