Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Internship based in Noida, Delhi, India. As a Recruitment Intern, you will assist with various hiring processes, including interviewing and recruiting candidates, coordinating recruitment activities, and participating in employee training initiatives. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth recruitment operations and promoting a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting techniques
- Experience with Interviewing candidates effectively
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to assist with Training activities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
