Job Title: Recruitment Intern / Fresher – Bench Sales (US IT Staffing)
Location: Remote / Office-Based (India & USA)
Shift Timing: US Shift / Night Shift (6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST)
Job Type: Full-Time Job / Fresher Role
Salary: ₹1,80,000 per Year
Incentives: Up to ₹25,000 per placement
Willing to work in US Timings (6.30 PM IST to 3.30 AM IST)
Must have Strong Communication Skills and Browsing Skills (Google, LinkedIn and other platforms)
Candidate must be local to Guntur & Vijayawada, AP or nearby locations.

Job Summary
We are hiring Recruitment Interns / Freshers for our Bench Sales team. This role is ideal for candidates who want to learn US IT Staffing, Bench Sales operations, candidate marketing, sourcing, and recruiter coordination.
The selected candidates will work closely with senior recruiters and sales professionals to market IT consultants, maintain databases, submit profiles to vendors, and support daily recruitment activities.
No prior experience is required. Training will be provided.
Roles & Responsibilities
Bench Sales Support
- Learn the complete Bench Sales recruitment process
- Work on marketing IT consultants across the US market
- Submit consultant profiles to vendors and implementation partners
- Coordinate with recruiters and account managers
- Maintain consultant availability and project status
Candidate & Resume Management
- Update and format resumes based on client requirements
- Maintain consultant records in Excel, ATS, or CRM tools
- Track submissions, interviews, and placements
- Organize candidate documents and skill matrices
Sourcing & Research
- Search for implementation partners and recruiters
- Use Google, Job Portals and LinkedIn for sourcing activities
- Learn different IT technologies and skill sets
- Research market requirements and trending technologies
Communication & Coordination
- Send emails professionally to recruiters and vendors
- Follow up on submissions and interview schedules
- Coordinate with consultants regarding availability and updates
- Maintain professional communication during US business hours
Skills Required
- Good verbal and written English communication
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work in US Night Shift
- Quick learning attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Positive attitude and team collaboration
- Strong interest in recruitment and sales
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Basic understanding of IT technologies
- Knowledge of LinkedIn or job portals
- Email drafting skills
- Communication confidence
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- MBA HR or related fields preferred but not mandatory
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
