Job Title: Recruitment Intern
Location: Bengaluru
Duration: 6 months (potential conversion to full-time)
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and career-focused recent graduates based in Bengaluru who are interested in building a career in IT and Non-IT Recruitment. This internship provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, client coordination, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment databases
- Draft and post job descriptions on relevant platforms
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and documentation
- Identify potential clients and generate leads
- Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and support follow-ups
Eligibility Criteria
- Based in Bengaluru
- Strong communication skills in English and Kannada (mandatory)
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong interest in Recruitment and client engagement
- Own laptop and reliable internet connection (BOD – Bring Your Own Device)
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory)
- MBA / MSW (HR or related field) – Preferred
