Recruitment Intern – OpenHire
Location: Remote /
Duration: 4 months (with potential for full-time conversion based on performance)
Stipend: ₹8000- ₹10,000/month + performance incentives

Role Overview
We're looking for a sharp, hustling Recruitment Intern to help us hire for Slaes role. You'll be responsible for end-to-end sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates.
What You'll Do
- Source candidates from job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Apna), LinkedIn, and local networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines
- Ensure smooth candidate experience from application to joining
- Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets
Must-Have Requirements
- Languages: Fluent in Kannada + Hindi + English (all three mandatory – spoken & written)
- Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation (any stream)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable making 100+ calls/day
- Access to laptop and stable internet
Good to Have
- Prior internship in recruitment/HR/sales
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Apna)
- Based in Bangalore or Karnataka (preferred, not mandatory)
