About the Role
If you think HR is just about calling candidates and posting jobs, this role will break that illusion quickly.
You’ll work directly on live client mandates across industries—learning how hiring decisions actually impact business outcomes. Expect ownership, not spoon-feeding.
What You’ll Do
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and unconventional channels
- Screen resumes with a business-first mindset (not keyword matching nonsense)
- Conduct initial candidate calls and assess fit
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines
- Support client hiring mandates across multiple industries
- Build and manage talent databases
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment strategy work
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (Hindi + English)
- High ownership mindset (no “yeh mera kaam nahi hai”)
- Curiosity about business, not just HR theory
- Ability to handle rejection (yours and candidates’) without melting down
- Basic understanding of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Final year / recent graduate (MBA/BBA HR preferred, but not mandatory)

Stipend
Minimum 8k/month, may increase based on in internship delivery
