Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Intern role based in Chennai. The Recruitment Intern will assist with the hiring process, which includes sourcing candidates, organizing interviews, and facilitating communication with potential hires. The role involves managing recruitment channels, coordinating training programs, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure seamless onboarding processes. Supporting other recruitment activities and maintaining candidate pipelines will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting processes
- Experience in conducting Interviews and coordinating with candidates
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with colleagues and applicants effectively
- Ability to assist in Training and development of new recruits
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and tracking tools is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
