Job Title: Recruitment Intern
Company: OpenHire (Previously CareerLeap)
Location: Pune (Work from Office)
Stipend: ₹8,000 - ₹10,000/month + performance incentives
Duration: 4 months (with full-time conversion based on performance)

What you'll do:
- Source and screen candidates for live mandates
- Conduct initial screening calls
- Manage candidate pipelines and trackers
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Support outbound outreach on LinkedIn and WhatsApp
- Work on real client requirements from day 1
What we're looking for:
- Fresh graduate or final year student
- Excellent communication skills
- Target driven mindset — this is a performance culture. You will have daily and weekly targets. If you're not comfortable with that, this isn't the right place.
- Hunger to learn and grow fast
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn is a plus
- Immediate joining preferred
