Role Description

This is an on-site internship role located in Navi Mumbai for a Recruiting Intern. The intern will support recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews. They will engage with candidates to ensure a positive applicant experience and collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements. Other responsibilities include assisting in onboarding processes and providing support with training and new hire documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Recruitment and Hiring processes
• Ability to conduct and facilitate Interviewing and candidate assessments
• Effective Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience or knowledge in Training and onboarding activities
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is an advantage
