Job Title: Recruiter Head – Blue Collar Hiring

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter Head who will lead and manage large-scale blue-collar hiring operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in mass hiring, especially delivery executives / bikers hiring (similar to Zomato/Swiggy model), and the capability to drive aggressive monthly hiring targets while managing a recruitment team.
This is a leadership role requiring strong execution ability, field understanding, and data-driven recruitment management.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end blue-collar hiring (Delivery Executives, Bikers, Field Staff, Warehouse Staff, etc.)
Drive bulk/mass hiring campaigns with high monthly targets (100+ hiring preferred)
Design and execute hiring strategies aligned with business expansion goals
Manage and mentor recruitment team (Recruiters & Field Coordinators)
Build strong sourcing channels – field drives, vendor tie-ups, referral programs, job portals
Monitor recruitment funnel metrics: TAT, cost-per-hire, conversion ratio, drop-off control
Ensure smooth onboarding coordination with Operations team
Maintain compliance, documentation, and background verification process
Improve hiring efficiency and reduce attrition through better screening strategies
Job Specification (Candidate Profile)
Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline
MBA/HR preferred (not mandatory)
Experience Required
3–5 years of hands-on experience in blue-collar / bulk hiring
Mandatory experience in delivery executive / biker hiring (Zomato, Swiggy, Blinkit, Zepto or similar aggregator model preferred)
Proven experience in handling aggressive hiring targets
Prior team handling experience is mandatory
