Role Description
This is an internship role for a Recruitment Freelancer/Consultant, located on-site in the Mohali district. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, conducting candidate interviews, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and facilitating onboarding sessions as needed. The consultant will collaborate with internal teams to identify recruitment needs, source qualified candidates, and support training activities aligned with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting processes, including job posting, candidate shortlisting, and talent acquisition strategies
- Strong Interviewing and Communication skills to assess candidate fit and maintain professional engagement with clients and team members
- Experience or knowledge in Training and onboarding practices to support new hires and align them with organizational goals
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment in an on-site setting
- Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
