Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and driven
Recruitment Executive to join our HR team. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and supporting business hiring needs across functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support employer branding and hiring initiatives
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach
