Job Title: Recruiter
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring processes. The role involves sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across multiple roles, especially for sales and operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and walk-ins.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding and joining experience for candidates.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
- Meet monthly/weekly hiring targets and ensure timely closures.
