Role Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. This full-time, on-site role involves developing job descriptions, managing end-to-end recruitment cycles, sourcing and hiring suitable talent, conducting interviews, and maintaining clear communication with both clients and candidates. The Recruitment Executive will play a key role in building a trusted talent pipeline and facilitating successful matches between candidates and employers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Job Description Development and Hiring best practices
• Strong Recruiting and Interviewing skills, along with the ability to assess and identify talent
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and clients
• Proven organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Ability to collaborate in an on-site team environment in Bengaluru
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, especially for blue and grey-collar roles, is a plus
