Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Executive role based in Delhi, India. The Recruitment Executive will oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Responsibilities include developing job descriptions, coordinating with hiring managers to assess staffing needs, identifying and attracting top talent, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. The individual will liaise with team members to maintain alignment with organizational hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Conduct on-campus interviews in universities, colleges and institutes in Pune
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate database and records
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Required Skills:
• Good communication skills (Marathi, English & Hindi)
• Basic knowledge of recruitment process
• Comfortable with calling and interacting with candidates
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word
