Role Description
This is an on-site, contract role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for a Recruitment Executive. The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for developing job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating the hiring process, and ensuring recruitment activities align with the needs of clients. The role requires collaboration with team members and clients to ensure successful talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Job Description Development and ensuring alignment with client requirements
- Experience in Recruiting and effective Hiring practices
- Strong Interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Knowledge of recruitment trends, industry standards, and labor laws is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
