Role Description
Rezonest Digital & Services, a Dehu Group Company, is looking for a dynamic Recruitment Executive to join our team and drive talent acquisition efforts across the organization. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build lasting relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring that the company attracts and retains top talent.
Location : Pune, Maharashtra
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- 0-1 years experience in recruitment
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to speak in both English and Hindi
