TalentPro India is expanding its recruitment team for large-scale Apprenticeship Hiring Projects (1000+ Trainees) across Tamil Nadu. This is a unique opportunity for MBA / MSW graduates to gain hands-on experience in:

• High-volume hiring
• Apprenticeship & trainee workforce deployment
• Multi-industry recruitment exposure

You will work closely with leading manufacturing / retails / FMCG / Engineering industry clients and learn real-time hiring market demand, making you industry-ready within a short span.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute large-scale apprenticeship hiring (1000+ trainees)
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
• Drive ITI / Diploma / Engineering campus hiring programs
• Understand and align with market demand for skilled workforce
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, job portals, and social platforms
• Create and manage daily hiring campaigns and job postings
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate bulk interview drives and onboarding activities
• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring databases
• Build strong coordination with multiple industry clients
• Participate in field hiring drives and apprenticeship mobilization

What You Will Learn

• End-to-end apprenticeship hiring strategy & execution
• Exposure to multi-industry client requirements (Automobile, Engineering, Manufacturing)
• Real-time understanding of job market demand & workforce trends
• Digital recruitment and bulk hiring techniques
• Client handling and stakeholder management

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA / MSW (HR specialization preferred)
• Strong communication skills in Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and digital platforms
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
